This course helps delegates to appreciate the benefits of diversity.
The course covers two main areas; awareness and skills. Awareness allows delegates to learn about others, their way of life and how diversity can benefit their organisation. Skills help them to increase the quality of their interaction with others, minimise confrontations, deal with inappropriate behaviour and express correct body language.
This course applies to both staff and managers. Members of staff learn how to interact with each other, and their clients and managers learn the important benefits of managing diversity systematically and successfully. This is a highly practical course. Through the interactive exercises, delegates are encouraged to examine their own beliefs and become more curious about other people’s way of thinking.
